Each owner is responsible for their irrigation system and should comply with the SAWS watering schedule. Failing to comply with those SAWS mandates may result in fines or other actions as deemed appropriate by the city water system. You may also receive a letter from the HOA or its Architectural Control Committee (ACC) if your yard is not properly maintained or have water provided to sustain growth, which would be a violation of restrictive covenants.
